Analysis of how educational leaders might use blogs

As an educational leader I believe that it is very helpful to use blogs. It gives you the opportunity to read topics that you can learn from. Many times as an educational leader it is necessary to interact with others that share something in common with you. It's a great idea that you can blog about a topic and actually get feedback from someone else. A lot of times as an educator you have so many thoughts and ideas that you would like to share them, but never have time to interact with your co-workers due to the busy schedule at school. This is the perfect way to do so, and so easy! This is the fist time I create a blog and I can already see how it is going to benefit in my future as a teacher and an administrator in the future. I think it is a great way to reflect, learn, and share educational experiences.
